How to deploy windows service on Azure App Service

 You can't deploy a Windows Service using App Service. 

There is the 2 options that you can perform the PaaS migration for windows service:

1. One option is to convert your code into a Web Job. 
2.  Another option is to use a Virtual Machine instead of App Service.
